My role: Designer, Design lead

What i did: As a designer, I participated in the Activation and Acquisition departments. Full-cycle design development for Web, iOS, Android. Working with hypotheses and their validation. Testing new features, user surveys. Service redesign. Development and maintenance of components for the UI Kit.

In the role of design lead: managing a team of 3 designers, mentoring, resource management. Task management and verification.

Services: Complete service redesign, KYC (Shufti pro), Sign in / Sign up flow, Dashboard, Crypto / fiat account page, Market page, Demo account, Assets page, Portfolio page, Settings page, 2FA.
